1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Estalatree, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Closed-Loop Balance Policy

Estalatree operates a closed-loop balance system for customers. Please be aware of the following policies regarding your wallet balance:

• Non-cash / Non-refundable: Balances topped up to your Estalatree wallet are purely for purchasing digital products and subscriptions on the platform.
• No Withdrawals: Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or transferred to an external bank account or another user under any circumstances.
• Expiration: Unless otherwise required by law, wallet balances do not expire, but they remain strictly closed-loop.

3. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are final unless the product is defective or not delivered. You may request a refund within 7 days. Approved refunds are credited back to your Estalatree closed-loop wallet, not to your original payment method.
